"Wed, 15th waxing of Tabaung 674 (HY Vol. 3 2003: 370) (Zata 1960: 42) This is likely another typo. It’s weird to say 15th waxing instead of full moon.
Western date per (Eade 1989) is Wed, 6 Feb 1313 = 12th waxing of Tabaung 674 ME. I can see how 12 came to be miscopied as 15. I think Eade is correct here. New year’s day=27 Mar 1312.
Western date per Cool Emerald is Wed, 6 Feb 1313 = 13th waxing of Tabaung 674 ME. It’s harder to miscopy 13 as 15. New year’s day=28 Mar 1312."

It should be CE 1313 Feb 7 to be a Wednesday.
